EXCHANGES & RETURNS

If there is any issue with your order, PLEASE contact us at info@petitlapinskincare.com within 5 days of receiving your order and we will resolve any issue to the best of our abilities. Your satisfaction is always our top priority.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds, but a store credit or exchange will be given. However, in some rare cases, a refund may be applicable.

If a product arrives broken, damaged, or is not what you ordered, we will send a replacement with photo confirmation of issue.

In the case of an order being shipped to the wrong address, we, unfortunately, cannot offer a replacement order as the customer is responsible for submitting the correct shipping and billing information.

We advise international customers to research customs fees for their specific country, as we are not held responsible for any extra costs upon delivery.  

 

SHIPPING

Once an order is placed, please allow 4-6 business days for your order to ship, as each product we send out is 100% handcrafted. You will receive an e-mail notification once your order has shipped out.

All orders will be shipped via Canada Post. 

 

NATURAL INGREDIENTS

We are a small, ecologically conscious company. We are cruelty-free and source Certified Organic and Fair Trade ingredients whenever possible. 

Even with the most natural of ingredients allergies are always possible. The complete ingredient list is provided under the product description and on the label of each product. The customer is responsible to read the ingredients and to be aware of their own sensitivities. We suggest that you do a patch test on an inconspicuous area before using. If you have questions about our products please contact us, we would love to help you find the ideal products for your skin. Our products are made from natural raw materials and may vary slightly accordingly.

Statements made, or products sold by Petit Lapin through this website, have not been evaluated by the FDA. Our products should not take the place of qualified medical diagnosis or treatment, nor are they meant to cure any disease or medical condition. Consult a qualified healthcare provider if you are pregnant, nursing or are currently in treatment for a medical condition before using any product.
